Birthday Girl Crochet!…

Birthday Girl Crochet!…

Tomorrow is my First Born Granddaughters 6th Birthday...  I needed to make her something crochet as always… But in true Crochet-A-Holic style… I didn’t get started until Sunday night… So… I had to find something magnificent and easy to make… Something for a true Girl!!!!

.

I saw this sweater over on Moogly’s sight… It is a free pattern and super cute!!! But the question was,,, could I make it in just a few hours…  I decided to give it a shot!!  The party is tonight and  I only had Sunday evening and Monday evening… YAY… I did it!!!  So here is my version of Moogly’s Eloise Girls Sweater

I used Red Heart Yarn and a I Hook… This is a 4/6-year-old size.   I loved the way it turned out and the pattern was easy to follow and the bonus is,,, No piecing!  She has written the pattern also for baby and toddler…

.

Now off to the party!!!

  1. What a beauty! Inspiring construction – thank you for sharing! 🙂

  2. Gorgeous dress!
You don’t look old enough to have a 6 year old grandaughter!

  3. Adorable!!

  4. Am so looking forward to your 1920 Sadie hat pattern. Where and will it be available?

  5. Wow that is so pretty. I’m sure she’ll love receiving and wearing it!

  6. It looks beautiful. This is my favourite baby clothes pattern and I’ve made several variations of it. My next plan is to do it with a two tone yellow skirt, with a blue yoke with red trim on short sleeves so it will have a Disney Snow White vibe :0)
