I like Charlie’s style! I actually had the right yarn on hand when I happened across a pretty pattern that I really love for the yarn! I’m learning something new using a “N” hook with Red Heart Boutique Unforgettable. It seems and feels alien to me having the stitches this large, but it looks so lacy! It’s my first lacy project and the colorway “Sunrise” is prettier than I thought it would! I wanted a wrap so I ended up in the mid 40’s for stitch count. With 3 skeins of yarn on hand I’m going to be able to make a wrap for my bare shoulders on cool spring and summer evenings whether I am wearing one of my long, solid colored, sleeveless maxi dresses or cutoffs and a tank top! Thank you for another free, lovely pattern. ?

  6. Beatrice- I wanted to let you know how much I personally value your work, your tireless efforts to “pay it forward” with free patterns for Cancer awareness, and the generous spirit that clearly dwells within you. As a ” cancer survivor” (I prefer, cancer-beater-into-submission-er…….tyvm!), I have used your patterns to share with others that have stepped onto the pathway of overcoming these diseases, and what I wish for You to know is that when I deliver a special piece to a patient/friend, I Always take time to attach a note that contains a few quotes from your “Amazing Grace Series” posting.

I have had more new friends (some no longer with us) send me notes back asking me for your patterns~ most never having crocheted before in their lives, but after receiving the “gift”, made from your pattern, have found renewed hope and passion for life and LIVING …….paying it forward…..and have internalized that message. It is with Great Humility and Deep Thanks that I share with you the sentiments of those who have benefitted from your generosity.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

I was wondering what the millimeter number is for your N hook? I see a lot of them for sale now with 2 letter sizes combined. Also, may I sell items I make from this pattern? I don’t sell online, just at a few local craft fairs a year. Thank you for this pattern.
