Waffle Stitch Textured Dishcloth… Week 1 of the Fall Gift Giving Crochet Along!

Here is what you need!

Yarn: 120 Yards of cotton yarn, I used Peaches & Cream in Rosesmary by Yarnspirations.

Hook: G

Yarn needle

Stitches

St – Stitch
Ch – Chain
Sc – Single Crochet
Dc – Double Crochet
Fpdc – Front Post Double Crochet
Bpdc – Back Post Double Crochet

Size

9″ x 9″

Instructions

Ch 35

Row 1: Dc in 3rd ch from hook and each across. = 33 dc

Row 2: Ch 3(counts as dc now and throughout), turn, *fpdc around next st, bpdc around next 2 sts*, Repeat *to* across, fpdc around next st, dc in top of turnung ch 3. = 2 dc, 11 fpdc & 20 bpdc

Row 3: Ch 3, turn, * dc in next st, fpdc around next 2 sts*, repeat *to* across, dc in last 2 sts. = 20 fpdc & 13 dc

Row 4: Ch 3, turn *fpdc around next st, dc in next 2 sts*, repeat *to* across, fpdc in next st, dc in last st. = 22 dc & 11 fpdc

Rows 5-20: Repeat rows 3 & 4

Row 21: Repeat row 3

Row 22: Ch 1, turn, sc across to last st, 3sc in last st, evenly sc 32 down the side edge rows, 3 sc in 1st st of bottom row, sc across to last st, 3 sc in last st of bottom row, sc 32 evenly up the side edge rows, 2 sc in same st as beginning st of row 21, join with sl st. = 138 sc

Row 23: Ch 1, turn, sc in st, 3 sc in next st, sc in next 34 sts, 3 sc in next st, sc in next 33 sts, 3 sc in next st, sc in next 34 sts, 3 sc in next st, sc in next 32 sts, join with sl st to beginning sc. = 146 sc

Fall Gift Giving Crochet Along… 12 Weeks of Dishcloths!!!!

Are you ready for a super fun Fall Gift Giving Crochet Along? This fall I am presenting a 12 week crochet along that will give you the easy, fun dishcloth patterns that can be used for gift giving, donations or best of all for yourself! See below all the details and follow along right here each Sunday for the weekly pattern!

Details:

Each Sunday, starting later today, I will post a fun, easy dishcloth pattern for you to make. I will be recommending which yarn to use for each pattern. By the end of this CAL you will have 12 different dishcloths to keep or give as gifts! This is just in time for the holiday season and ends right before Thanksgiving. Make as many as you want, in as many color choices that you like!

Do you want your dishcloth pattern in a PDF to print?

Shortly after Thanksgiving, all 12 patterns will be available in one PDF so you can print them out or keep them all in one file. The PDF will be $5.99, and I will post all the information here in early December for that 12 pattern PDF.

Weekly Prizes – This will vary and be open only to fans in the Beatrice Ryan Designs CAL Facebook Group. We will randomly have fun games to enter for gift cards, yarn prizes and various other giveaway items.
