The holiday season is sneaking up on us!!!!  I have posted several free patterns on Facebook for our “Would you Wear (use) it… Would you make it??” segment featuring Holiday Patterns...  This weeks Fan Favorite was a hit!  And just in time for making up a few gifts/ornaments for the upcoming season!!!!  Very angelic… So here is your Facebook Fan Favorite….

It has been a busy week for me… I have been crocheting like crazy to make things for the local shop in town and my Etsy shop…  I am getting ready to send off the Sadie 1920’s Cloche Hat pattern to my testers… And later this week I will be writing my next article for The Yarn Box… Due out in a couple of weeks…

Pink is the color for Breast Cancer Awareness Crochet!!!!

Breast Cancer Awareness… If you have been following along,,, Or just stopped by my blog after seeing one of my FREE PATTERNS… You know I have a place in my heart for Breast Cancer…  My last 2 Free Crochet Patterns, the Amazing Grace Series have been dedicated to Breast Cancer Awareness

.

This weekend to celebrate my 50th birthday… I bought some really nice yarn… Bernat Sequins…  I decided each skein would make at least 1 Amazing Grace Headband… So I grabbed my hook and whipped a few up…  I loved the way these headbands turned out with the sequins!… The yarn is soft and nice to work with too… Such a bonus!.  The picture below doesn’t really show how beautiful the sequins are…

I Love, Love, Love the colors and the pink is fabulous for our cause!

Also this weekend I set out to finalize my “Sadie” Pattern… The 1920’s Style Cloche...  While typing it up so it can be digitally sent… My computer crashed (yes, every writer’s nightmare) and I lost what I had been typing… All is good though… I just restarted my process and it is almost finalized… I hope you all are looking forward to this great hat!

Monster Mash…Crochet Monster Hats!!!

Here they come… Monster’s!  I just couldn’t help spending a few hours making some adorable Monster Hats…  Once I got the bug of the awesome cuteness,,, I couldn’t stop…

.

I would still be making them,,, But I had to work on releasing the Soft and Stylish Cowl (Available in the Free Pattern Tab above)… Not only the cowl,,,I had an order for some very cute children’s booties to finish and Finalizing the Pattern for Sadie- 1920″s inspired Cloche Hat...  So for now… The monsters are all locked up… At Alpine Originals… (The shop I sell my creations in..).
