New Crochet Pattern Coming and Lots of Crochet on the Hook!!!!!

What a busy week… I tested a really great pattern for a fellow Crochet-a-holic, Carolyn from The Purple Poncho… It is soooooo cute… I will post the pictures when she releases it!  One of my favorites so far!!!  I made two more Slouchy Hats designed by my really good fried Kathy over at ELK Studio Handcrafted Crochet Designs… Incredibly Simple Slouchy Hat!   I love this too… It was incredibly easy to work up,,, I made two in one evening!!!

Love these Hats…The gray one is made using Bernat Sequins,,, The pinkish one is made using Lion Brand Homespun…  Same hook,,, Different results!!!!

I started a really cute Baby Blanket too…  How could I not have another WIP…

Thanks to all of you who voted… We have a new Fan Choice Amazing Grace Free Crochet Pattern on the way… Amazing Grace Snoodie… I bought some fallish yarn to make this one… I think I may keep it for myself… Snow is coming soon!!!

Wednesday Facebook Fan Favorite… Week 9

This week’s Facebook Fan Favorite doesn’t surprise me a bit!!!  I have been wanting to make it for several months and it looks like all of you over on Facebook do too!  This week was another landslide… All the Free Patterns in the “Would you use this? Would you make it? Tell me what you think…” segment have been over the moon… But this weeks favorite was the biggest hit to date…  So,,, Here it is...  Crochet African Flower Pincushion!  This adorable pincushion is from Sandra over at Cherry Heart Crochet… You can find it on Ravelry for the written pattern or… On her site she has a full photo tutorial!  Lovely!!

Also… It has been another great week for Beatrice Ryan Designs… My Amazing Grace Headband has been extremely popular…  The YarnBox has featured it on their Free Pattern Site and It was #2 on Hookin on Hump Day 57… Yippee!

Birthday Girl Crochet!…

Birthday Girl Crochet!…

Tomorrow is my First Born Granddaughters 6th Birthday...  I needed to make her something crochet as always… But in true Crochet-A-Holic style… I didn’t get started until Sunday night… So… I had to find something magnificent and easy to make… Something for a true Girl!!!!

I saw this sweater over on Moogly’s sight… It is a free pattern and super cute!!! But the question was,,, could I make it in just a few hours…  I decided to give it a shot!!  The party is tonight and  I only had Sunday evening and Monday evening… YAY… I did it!!!  So here is my version of Moogly’s Eloise Girls Sweater

I used Red Heart Yarn and a I Hook… This is a 4/6-year-old size.   I loved the way it turned out and the pattern was easy to follow and the bonus is,,, No piecing!  She has written the pattern also for baby and toddler…

Now off to the party!!!
