Approximate Size 24″ x 42″

Materials ~

Premier Yarns  Craft-Tee Recycled T-Shirt Yarn, Super Bulky,  275-300 yards.  Pictured above in Light Green Shades, Red Shades, White Shades and Light Blue Shades.

*You can also use  1 1/2″ – 2″ strips of cotton fabric.  You will need approximately 11 yards of fabric that is 44″ wide.

**Tips**

Use a loose and even tension.  Sew tails down with thread and needle as you work and crochet over the top of them after tacked down.

Stitches ~

Ch ~ Chain    St ~ Stitch      Sl St ~ Slip Stitch     Sc ~ Single Crochet     Hdc ~ Half Double Crochet

Instructions~

Ch 17

Row 1:  Hdc in 3rd Ch from hook(The turning 2 chains will count as a Hdc also), Hdc in next 13 Chs, 3 Hdc in next Ch(this is the beginning chain), *Make sure your tail is tacked down*, Working along opposite side of Ch – Hdc in next 13 Chs, Hdc in same as beginning Sts, Join with Sl St to top of turning Ch(You should have 3 Sts in this same space now at both ends). = 32 Hdc,

Row 2:  Ch 2(Counts as Hdc now and throughout), Hdc in same St, 2 Hdc in next St, Hdc in next 13 Sts, 2 Hdc in next 3 Sts, Hdc in next 13 Sts, 2 Hdc in last  St, Sl St to top of Ch 2. = 38 Hdc

*Change Color.. Join with Sl St in same St you Finished the last color off with.*

Row 3:  Ch 2, Hdc in same St, Hdc in next St, 2 Hdc in next St, Hdc in Next St, 2 Hdc in next St, 2 Hdc in next St, Hdc in next 12 Sts, 2 Hdc in next St, 2 Hdc in next St, Hdc in next St, 2 Hdc in next St, Hdc in next St, 2 Hdc in next St, 2 Hdc in next St, Hdc in next 12 Sts, 2 Hdc in last St, Join with Sl St to top of Ch 2. = 48 Hdc

*Change Color- Join in same St you finished off with the last color.

Finish off and secure the last tail.  Block into shape using the wet method or steam method.  Enjoy!!
